 Core Production Steps (Short & Clear)

1. Waste Paper Pulp Preparation
   
   
   Put waste cartons, old newspapers or used egg trays into the pulper with clean water. The machine breaks paper into even soft pulp automatically and keeps stable pulp density for forming.
2. Vacuum Forming with 1×4 Molds
   
   
   Qualified pulp flows to the forming station. The vacuum system sucks pulp tight on four molds at once, squeezes extra water out to shape intact wet egg trays in each working cycle.
3. Collect & Dry Finished Trays
   
   
   Workers take off wet trays from molds manually. Trays can be air-dried on racks or put into matched box dryers. Once fully dry, they are ready to hold eggs for delivery.
